We can start with a 'Fit Call Chat' to answer questions

and make sure if this is right for you.

Step 1, Month 1: Authenticity Alignment

  • Upon Enrollment you will Schedule your Authenticity Alignment call and receive The Pre-Session Questionairre. The Questionairre covers 5 areas that will help recommend how to move forward in a way that fits you. Please complete the Questionairre within 48 hours, while it's still fresh on your mind. Submit to [email protected] (my personal email I've had since forever).

  • You're Authenticity Alignment call will last 90 minutes to 2 hours. This is basically a conversational diagnostic interview. Your responses from the Pre-Session Questionairre allow us to quickly make progress and cover deeper territory. This is important foundational work that you'll use to shape a marketing and selling approach that's inline with who you are and that your customers, clients or patients will respect.

  • Approximately, one week later, we'll book a Review Session call so we can have a conversation about your Authenticity Alignment Brief and Future Recommendations. Book another hour to 90 minutes for this. We won't want to rush. After we've made tweaks and edits, you'll receive a hard copy to use as a guide to assist you in comfortable and confidently making decisions that will turn into new clients.

Step 2, Month 2: Clear Messaging

  • Next up, we'll have a Who They Are Call where we deeply understand your customers. This is the second foundation piece to creating effective and clear messaging, as well as, new client attraction strategies that will work.

  • I'll help you define who you serve, what they are going through when they need products and services like yours, where you actually help them the greatest, and how to say things in ways that feel natural..

  • You'll establish your: Core Message, your 'So, what do you do?' answer, your first impression opening lines on your social media profiles and website, as well as, messaging direction for content creation.

Step 3, Month 3: Apply All

  • This is where we make everything reflect the new message so you create stronger first impressions, better connections with prospects and increased inquiries over time.

  • I'll help you update key assets such as key sections of your website, your social media 'About' sections, your Google presence (first lines especially), and key content such as content that supports AI search results.

  • We'll develop and help you get started on one lead generation strategy to attract new leads that fits you and is a preference for your best prospects.

Optional, Month 4: Lead Generation Accelerator

  • Now that everything foundational is aligned. All your current marketing assets are saying the same thing. They are building overall brand strength. They are pulling in more customers from search results because you are more quickly connecting with people who are scanning for something that speaks to them. Now, you can focus on actively generating more new leads.

  • Here, we'll start building an email list. We'll need to decide on a 'lead magnet' that encourages a sign up. We'll help you get started with your first email sequence: 5 relationship building emails - not spam.
